(per mason jar) 1 cup of rolled oats 2 tablespoons of chia seeds 1 cup of almond milk 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1/2 of medium banana 2 table spoons of blue berries Mix in a mason jar and leave over night dress it how ever you want with nuts, seeds, almond butter how ever and ENJOY! 🤤😂🤗💕 EGG BITES! to make 12 Pre heat oven to 350F 9 large eggs 1 hand full of shredded cheese deli meat of your choice you can add veggies if you want to salt and pepper 1/4 cup of milk of your choice mix in a bowl the put in baking pan top it with more shredded cheese and some seasoning bake for 25 to 30 mins and TADAAA!!! 🤤🤗💕 ALMOND FLOUR CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES! Pre heat oven 325F 2 Cups of Almond Flour 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1 egg 1 cup of chocolate chip (but you can use less if you want) for your cookies and bake for 15 minuets let it completely cool before eating and TADAAA!!!! 🤤😂🤗💕
